Explain the background of yourself and your company.

I am a business developer, founder, and creator. I love to create projects to solve problems. In addition, I have worked for multiple companies in Europe, USA, and China.

Furthermore, I created jobandcandidate.com with one innovative purpose. I wanted to simplify the global job and candidate search procedure. I have more than 10 years of experience in business development and modern recruiting / talent acquisition.

Jobandcandidate is the job & candidate search platform developed for the need for an easy and successful job search and global recruitment. This is for all industries and all educational levels.

Our innovative platform helps anyone easily find a job and every company efficiently finds a suitable candidate.

Why did you start this company?

I created the planification of the global job and candidate search. Regardless of the origin, age, gender of the applicants, and irrespective of the company’s popularity or size!

What are your goals?

The goal is to empower job-seekers worldwide irrespective of their industry or qualifications truly. For that reason, the focus is on the job seeker and not on the job offers. The candidates use our platform to present themselves and be found and contacted by employers. Many of today’s job seekers are ready to start something new but aren’t aware of where to start. However, most of us have been there. We know what it’s like taking that first step – a new job, a new career, and for some of us, even a new country. With our platform, we make the first steps easy for job seekers from all over the world.

What do you feel is the biggest strength of jobandcandidate right now?

My Team. We are an amazing team of ambitious and creative minds. In addition, we support and promote diversity in our company. In a team, mutual respect is one of the essential factors for sustainable success. We appreciate and respect every nationality, gender, or qualification. Hence, our team is international. They come from Europe, Asia, or America. Furthermore, our teamwork and the complementarity of qualifications and experience are the keys to sustainable success.

What was the path you took to get to where you are today?

My roots are firmly established in human resources. For the last 20 years, I have worked for personnel-intensive companies. Furthermore, topics such as the shortage of skilled workers, globalization, digitalization, the development from employer to applicant market, and the increased competition for qualified employees have always been the focus.

What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome in this competitive world?

Globalization and digitalization are changing how we live and work. New labor markets are emerging worldwide; work and production processes constantly evolve. In addition to that, some jobs become obsolete while new skills grow in demand. We see these transitions as opportunities.

What are the strategies of your company, the Mission, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?

Our Mission is to link global labor markets with absolute equality. We want to provide transparent opportunities for all job seekers or companies.

Our passion is creating jobs. We love what we do and see it as vital because we help people find their place in a changing world.

We are the “find your job” platform, especially for the emerging and growing candidate markets in South Asia, East Europe, and Africa. At the same time, the “find your candidate” platform for personnel-intensive companies worldwide.

How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?

As a young company, internal as well as external growth is important for us. In order to generate this growth quickly, it is important to find the right partners and enter into goal-oriented partnerships.

Therefore, we’ve been in talks with potential investors from a wide range of industries for some time. We are finding interesting collaborations that expand our service portfolios are also a priority.

Our current business focus is on South Asia, Europe, and the MENA region. In 2 years, we would like to be active in North America and increasingly in Africa.
