The contestants of MasterChef India will embark on their latest 4-day Yas Island adventure. After ‘raising the bar’ for home cooks in Goa and various interesting places, MasterChef India will now select the top 8 home cooks from the comfort of the MasterChef Kitchen. Joining judges Ranveer Brar, Garima Arora and Vikas Khanna, the chefs will be taken away and visited some of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic places.
Building on the success of previous seasons, this time MasterChef decided to up the ante. Get ready for a series of exciting challenges, quests and tons of delicious food on Treasure Island.
On their first day in Abu Dhabi, the home cooks will arrive at Yas Waterworld, where they will compete in the Duo Challenge. They will be expected to taste, create and serve local street food in their own way. That’s pretty much what they’re going to be doing for the rest of their entourage. On Tuesday, the troupe will visit the vast lush green fields of the Yas Links Golf Course, where they will perform the ‘Mystery Box Challenge’. Over the next two days, contestants will meet guest chefs and take on a pizza challenge at the breathtaking ‘Ferrari World’. The playground will conclude with a black apron challenge, in which some selected home cooks will journey through the Warner Bros. universe of adventure in a unique “clue hunt.” This week, MasterChef India also gets a top 7 spot as a home cook packs his bags and leaves the MasterChef family.
