The business environment in the UAE has seen significant growth thanks to various initiatives recently undertaken by the wise leadership to accelerate economic activity in the country. Businesses in the country are benefiting from strong economic activity and looking forward to new growth opportunities.

To take advantage of the growing economy, UAE-based Baniyas Building Materials Company (BBMC) is poised for significant growth in 2023, expected to grow by 7% to 10%.

As one of the region’s leading and established building materials companies, BBMC will be participating in the Middle East and North Africa’s largest timber and woodworking machinery trade show, Dubai Timber Show, at the Dubai World Trade Center in the UAE from March 7th to 9th.

BBMC showcased a wide range of Melamine Density Fibreboards (MDF) such as Synchro, High Gloss, Veneer, Melamine etc. for the manufacture of elegant furniture and decorative applications. In addition, visitors can view a selection of other materials relevant to the furniture and furnishing industry, such as decorative wall panels, Oriental particle board (OSB), various varieties in the particle board and timber sectors.

Mohamed Al Khoori, Chairman of BBMC, said: “We are delighted to participate in Dubai Timber and showcase our products, which have been recognized in the UAE market for their unrivaled quality and value chain for the past 5 years.

We plan to launch our new corporate brand identity and reaffirm our commitment to quality and sustainability. Our participation in this event not only provides us with the opportunity to increase the market share of our existing products, but also allows us to network with potential customers and promote our brand to high-end customers. “

Ã’As one of the oldest building materials companies in the UAE, we are proud to have served the market for 50 years. The reason for our success is the level of trust we have built with our clients over time. We follow the rules – honesty is always the best policy. Ó, said Jaffar Abdul Hameed, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of BBMC.

BBMC caters to a wide range of clients including carpenters, joiners, furniture manufacturers, architects, designers, renovation contractors, property developers, maintenance companies, construction companies and sub-distributors in the UAE and Qatar.

Ã’BBMC’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in our selection of green products and in our collaboration with suppliers with a clear ethical code of sustainability. In line with the UAE’s vision and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, we are taking the necessary steps to consume and conserve resources responsibly in our operations, added Ó Mohamed Al Khoori.

With the construction materials market expected to grow strongly, BBMC is looking to expand its operations into other GCC markets such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The company is committed to providing excellent business experience to its valued customers, and will continue to focus on the continuous professional development of employees and strengthen business cooperation with segmented customers to meet changing market demands.
