Aster DM Healthcare announced the opening of Medcare Royal Hospital in Al Qusais. Built by Dubai Developments, the 334,736-square-foot, 126-bed medical facility will be the fourth Medcare hospital in Dubai and the fifth in the UAE, along with 20 Medcare medical centers. Aster DM Healthcare and Dubai Developments signed the agreement today and the hospital will be operational by December 2023.

“The project, expected to begin operations in 2023, includes a cutting-edge 126-bed medical facility in Al Qusais, Dubai. The facility consists of two buildings: a car park (G+6) spanning six floors and a three-story The modern main hospital building (G+3) on level 2. The contemporary design of the main building is designed to welcome guests through a spacious and prestigious lobby that leads to the various departments and areas within the hospital. As the developer of this project, our objective is to play a key role in enhancing the UAE’s position as the region’s healthcare destination of choice. We aspire to make a significant contribution to the comprehensive readiness of all healthcare facilities and provide unparalleled healthcare services to the UAE community.”
