Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin ‘still trying to have kids’ | Entertainment

[ad_1]

Miranda Lambert and Brendan Crawlin are “still trying” to have a baby, according to reports.

The country music star, 38, has been married to police officer Brendan, 30, since 2019 and the couple are said to be “still going strong” as they hope to welcome a baby together “in the near future”.

A source said: “Miranda and Brendan are still going strong. They’re practically inseparable. Brendan is ride or die. He’s been very supportive of her career and has been with her every step of the way.

“Not much has changed in terms of what they want to have children, they are still working on it. They would love to have children together in the near future.

“Miranda has always had a caring and nurturing side of her – especially after caring for so many animals – so she’s ready for the next step.”

The insider went on to explain that the “Tin Man” anchor and her husband — who have three-year-old son Langdon with ex-Kaihla Rettinger — were trying to bring some aspects of their lives together. Keep it “private” and enjoy spending time at home.

A source told Us Weekly: “Miranda loves watching Brandon with her son. They keep that part of life a secret out of respect for Langdon’s mother, but they’re both a big part of his life.

“They just celebrated Brendan’s birthday with a low-key celebration. They’re a big fan of otaku, so when they’re not on the road, they love spending time at home with their pets.”

Meanwhile, Miranda — who is currently performing her “Velvet Rodeo” residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas — recently admitted that her husband is “very supportive” of her career and thanked him for being a “Harsh criticism” from people outside show business.

She said: “He was amazing. It was great to have someone who was so supportive by your side, but he gave his notes. We watched a lot of rehearsals and he had a lot of opinions and I cherish them, Because he’s seen many shows, he’s in them.

“But he’s also off the court because he’s not on stage and he’s not an actual crew member, so I take his notes to heart. I know he just wants us to win! And, you know, he’s tough at times. He Will tell me the truth, that’s what I like about him.”
