The prime minister said the two sides can promote start-ups through joint incubation and joint funding, adding that there is also room for cooperation in developing people’s skills. At the summit, the two sides also articulated a vision statement outlining the future direction of the bilateral relationship and highlighting the priorities of both sides.
In the vision statement, the two sides agreed to strengthen maritime cooperation to maintain regional peace and security.

It will also create investment opportunities for Indian investors by establishing a dedicated high-tech industrial zone.
