“Just do it. Do it now,” is Arnold Schwarzenegger’s advice in the trailer for his inspiring Netflix documentary “Arnold.”
This Netflix biopic follows Schwarzenegger’s life and career in three chapters; covering his bodybuilding days, Hollywood success and political tenure as Governor of California.
The official synopsis for the docu-series reads: “This three-part docu-series chronicles Arnold Schwarzenegger’s journey from rural Austria to the apex of the American Dream. In a series of candid interviews, Schwarzenegger, his friends, his foes, , co-stars, and watchers cover everything from his iron-pumping days to his triumphs in Hollywood, his time ruling California, and the joys and turmoil of his family life in America. Live up to the story of his legendary man.”
One of the series’ highlights is another quote that reflects the Terminator cast’s core belief system: “If you’re always hungry, you’ll never be truly satisfied,” Schwarzenegger said.
The documentary is expected to be released on June 7, right after Netflix releases Schwarzenegger’s first TV series, “FUBAR,” on May 25.
Meanwhile, Netflix has released other Schwarzenegger hits, including Conan the Barbarian, the twins and the last action hero.
Arnold is directed by Lesley Chilcott, and the documentary executive producers include Allen Hughes, Peter Nelson, Lesley Chilcott, Paul Wachter and Doug Pray.
