UAE-based Nobles Properties has announced the commencement of the sale of residential plots for the second phase of AlShahd City 4, a major Jordanian development near the intersection of the Amman Development Corridor and Airport Road.
At 200,000 square meters, AlShahd City 4 is the largest private residential complex in Jordan and will be developed in three phases.
The announcement comes after available plots for the first phase of the project sold out.
Nobles Properties said market demand had driven its decision to bring stage two forward.
It added that the project’s strategic location, construction-ready infrastructure, flexible payment plans and excellent amenities had resulted in high client demand and an initial quick sale.
Nobles is an international real estate developer established in Dubai in 2008 with operations in North America, Turkey, Middle East and North Africa. It built one of the tallest skyscrapers in the region, the Princess Tower, in Dubai.
Executive Director Wael Qassem said the company will deliver AlShahd City 4 with integrated infrastructure, including roads, electricity, water supply and sewerage networks.
He added that the enclosed development would include parks and public services within a secure, enclosed environment.
Omar Ayesh, Group Chairman, said that AlShahd City 4, with its integrated services and unique lifestyle, represents a major leap forward in the composition of residential areas in the Jordanian market.
He added: “Several residential, hotel and industrial projects are in the design phase and ready to launch within Nobles’ vision of developing a sustainable, green city with exceptional service offerings.”-TradeArabia News Service
