A New York City-based real estate investment trust bought properties in West Des Moines, including Spare Time Entertainment, Dallas County real estate transactions show.

Alternate I (Multi) LLC, managed by WP Carey Paid $17.1 million to GDL Trust for the property at 340 Jordan Creek Parkway. WP Carey describes itself as “one of the largest diversified net lease REITs specializing in the acquisition of operationally critical single-tenant properties in North America and Europe.”

The 6.4-acre site includes a 46,453-square-foot building due for completion in 2021. The property is valued at $9.7 million.

Relatedly, Bowl New England Inc., which operates Spare Time Entertainment, has a long-term lease with Spare Me Multi LLC. The leases are for two 10-year terms. Entertainment venues, including bowling alleys, opened in January.

Ashley Acres LLC, Located in Urbandale, paid Temple Holdings LP approximately $963,600 31 acres generally located in Records show north of NW Douglas Avenue and east of North 10th Street in Waukee. The Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved preliminary and final floor plans and site plans for the development of the villa-style townhouse subdivision in early August. According to a city document, 76 detached townhouses (above) are planned, ranging in size from 1,500 to 2,000 square feet. These units without basements will be owner-occupied.

This Salvation Army, In Hoffman Estates, Illinois, Polk County real estate records show that nearly $1.75 million was paid to the Kim Ruetter Trust and Kim Rueter Co. for the property at 1400 NW 100th St. in Clive.
