Paris Hilton on the real reason she chose a surrogate instead of carrying son Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum.
Hilton was candid and addressed all issues in a candid chat with her Glamor Britain.
She starts by explaining the thought process and admits, “Kim told me that too.”
For those not familiar, Kim Kardashian also chose the surrogate route for her two children and suggested Hilton to do so.
So, Paris admits, “I use the same doctor — Dr Wong, he’s the best — and he has a concierge team that handles everything and interviews people [the surrogate] to keep them healthy. “
Asked if her decision had any connection to her advancing age, Hilton admitted it could be traced back to sexual abuse at her school boarding school in Provo Canyon, Utah.
A recount of admissions late last year included shocking details of mandatory cervical screening and other forms of abuse.
Looking back, Hilton admits, “I was really scared. I thought, again, back in Provo, and even in the doctor’s office, it was all of these. The injections and the IVs they gave.”
“When I was in The Simple Life, it also hurt me that I had to be in a room when a woman gave birth.”
“But I wanted a family so badly, it was just the physical part. I was so scared… childbirth and death are the two things that scare me the most in the world.”
