Former Mamelodi Sundowns FC coach Pitso Musimane is delighted to join Abu Dhabi-based Al Wahda FC.
This comes after Mosimane officially signed for the United Arab Emirates Pro League side’s dotted line.
The 19-times title winner and two FIFA Club World Cup bronze medal coach expressed his excitement for the first time since his appointment on Saturday night.
Mosimane said through his management on Monday that the move marks a major milestone in his illustrious career and represents a new chapter in his journey.
“I am honored to join Al Wahda FC as their head coach. We have been impressed by the club’s vision, ambition and commitment to excellence. Together with talented players and dedicated staff, we will strive to achieve greatness,” said Mosimane.
Known for his leadership, tactical prowess and ability to motivate his players, Mosimane will lead his technical team to the UAE Pro League, comprising Maahier Davids, Kabelo Rangoaga, Musi Matlaba, Kyle Solomon and goalkeeping coach Hamad Alyami .
MT Sports Marketing and Management, the team that managed Mosimane’s career, is proud to be able to negotiate another deal for Mosimane and his team.
MT Sports general manager Moira Tlhagale said they are confident in Mosimane’s ability to make a significant impact in the UAE.

Mosimane recently parted ways with Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli Saudi after terminating his contract with the club.
