PlanRadar, Europe’s site management platform for construction and real estate project documentation, task management and communication, recently announced its launch in the UAE. The establishment of the regional headquarters in Dubai will support further expansion throughout the MENA region.

The platform digitizes all daily processes and communications in the real estate and construction sector. PlanRadar connects all stakeholders and provides real-time access to valuable project data, enabling teams to improve quality, reduce costs and get work done faster. In addition, the platform adds value to everyone involved in the construction lifecycle, from contractors and engineers to property managers and owners, with flexible capabilities for all company sizes and processes.

Commenting on the launch, PlanRadar co-founder and co-CEO Ibrahim Imam said: “We are seeing very open digital innovation and a plethora of ambitious construction and real estate projects, which makes the region an ideal market for us. Additionally, In recent years, we have been able to acquire some customers in the region who are already using our products very successfully, so opening a brick-and-mortar outlet to support our further growth was a logical step for us.”

Meanwhile, PlanRadar has introduced a new scheduling tool designed to ease construction and maintenance challenges, provide clearer task oversight, and help meet agreed-upon deadlines.

The new “Gantt View” enhances PlanRadar’s existing platform by visualizing key stages in a project. Combining its user-friendly interface with an easy-to-view display, it allows users to create project schedules based on the standard, universally recognized Gantt model.

Unlike other similar tools, Gantt View works within PlanRadar’s existing ticketing functionality, making it more efficient, flexible and user-friendly, according to a statement. The new functionality also ensures that delays that do occur in the plan can be easily highlighted for quick resolution, and when the project plan changes, users can quickly drag and drop items to update the plan efficiently and seamlessly.
