The festival began with an official opening ceremony, featuring remarks from Mohammad Omran Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Al Qasimi Foundation. He expressed his delight in empowering ambitious Emiratis, bridging global and local prospects, and paving the way for Ras Al Khaimah’s next generation of leaders.

The festival’s primary goal is to connect Emirati individuals with diverse backgrounds to opportunities in the private sector, addressing the evolving job market by matching job seekers’ skills and aspirations with the needs of prospective employers.
