UAE-based Reportage Properties will be launching a number of its projects for sale with special offers at an exclusive event in Abu Dhabi tomorrow (28 May).
A key player in the UAE real estate industry, Reportage has a portfolio of 25 projects in the UAE, Egypt, Turkey and Morocco.
Highlights on display at the event include its new residential development, Bianca, with 653 apartments comprising 507 two-bedroom, 56 three-bedroom and 90 four-bedroom townhouses.
Reportage says it is the 25th project in the group’s portfolio and fifth in Dubai.
At tomorrow’s event, buyers will get special offers – including 10 per cent discount, 10 per cent down payment and 1 per cent monthly installments until handover, it added.
Chief executive Islam Ahmed Suleiman said it aims to organize more sales with various offers and special discounts to cater to many buyers.
Suleiman said this was reflected in the company’s continued strong performance and strong sales across all projects.
“Reportage Properties’ sales in 2022 will exceed AED 2.3 billion, compared to AED 1.6 billion in 2021, hence a 45% increase,” the senior official said.
“All our projects are implemented according to the specified time schedule, which strengthens investors’ confidence in the company’s projects and the UAE real estate market,” he added.trade arab news agency
