Response Plus Holding, the UAE’s leading provider of on-site healthcare management and medical emergency services, will pay cash dividends worth AED14 million (US$3.8 million) to its shareholders in FY22.
RPM’s board of directors made the announcement at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), enabling shareholders to receive AED 0.07 per share, a dividend totaling 7 percent of the company’s share capital, the company said in a statement.
It comes on the heels of an interim dividend of Dh50 million distributed to shareholders in January, board members said at a meeting in the presence of group chairman Dr Shamsheer Vayalil.
Regarding the main dividend, Chief Executive Officer Major Tom Lewis said: “This is the second dividend paid to shareholders by RPM this year following the interim dividend, which is in line with our shareholder-friendly policy and further underscores our strong commitment to rewarding shareholders for their trust and investment.”
“As we continue our regional and global expansion, we promise our shareholders even stronger returns in the months and years ahead,” he said.
