Rolls-Royce opens world’s first private office in Dubai

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has opened its first private office in Dubai outside the UK, the first of its kind planned for a global luxury hotspot.

The Dubai Private Office is an extension of the Goodwood House of Rolls-Royce, offering exclusive product previews and detailed commission enquiries.

It was home to the first bespoke designer and bespoke customer experience manager permanently located just outside of Goodwood.

The new Rolls-Royce Private Office, located in the One Central neighbourhood in the heart of Dubai, offers the Middle East’s most important clients a unique experience, delivering the style and expertise of a Rolls-Royce home right on their doorstep. This is not only thanks to the materials on display and the brand’s renowned hospitality, but also the first long-term appointment of a Bespoke Lead Designer and Bespoke Customer Experience Manager outside of Goodwood. Both key positions are filled with people who bring a wealth of Rolls-Royce experience.

Bespoke Chief Designer Michelle Lusby arrives in Dubai after eight years at the brand, where she has worked on a variety of exciting and sophisticated projects, including the highly bespoke one-to-one Phantom Serenity, when its unique appointment, It captivated the world with material handling that redefines serene luxury. Chris Hardy was transferred from Goodwood to take on the role of Bespoke Customer Experience Manager. Having worked at Rolls-Royce for over five years, he brings a genuine passion for clients to this unique new role, who will guide visitors through the wonderful experience that awaits them in a private office in Dubai.
