Backed by a substantial career of more than 22 years within diverse industries and businesses (including banking, fintech, audit, FMGC, franchise businesses, etc.), I have demonstrated hands-on experience in delivering advanced business and financial solutions with expertise in General and Finance Management, Operational Excellence and Organizational Leadership.
Rumels Management Solutions LLC/FZE is a professional consulting company founded in 2013, which renders management consulting services in Armenia and GCC countries. The company can assist its clients with operational, financial, and project management needs. We have a client-centric approach to delivering customized business solutions that deliver lasting value to their businesses.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
The professionalism of the team and the client-centric approach!
We learn about each firm’s internal operating systems by working closely with their principals and key employees. We can build a customized approach, develop creative solutions, give improvement recommendations, and provide assistance with or take full responsibility for implementing each activity through this process.
Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?
I saw the market gap and huge potential in supporting the organizations to achieve their goals.
Many organizations don’t have properly formulated strategies, strategic planning, budgeting, or even effective financial and management reporting. Theoretically, a company, product, or service can certainly survive without a strategy, but it will never thrive!

What key values helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?
My leadership philosophy has many aspects, but the foundation is psychological safety. Right or wrong, I want to give the people around me, reporting to me and partnering with me, the ability to truly and honestly express their opinions without fearing any retribution or impact.
Leadership styles can be different based on culture, company, and industry. That’s why it’s normal to adjust the management style to meet the needs of the people around you.
During my previous positions, I employed mainly visionary and coaching leadership styles.
