Sahebaan UAE, business and professionals conference held in Dubai

Dubai: Sahebaan Business and Professionals Group (SBPG) and Sahebaan UAE held a business and professional meeting on 5 February 2023 at the Al Jumairah Ballroom at Crowne Plaza Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road starting at 2pm. Sponsored by the UAE Sahebaan Business Community, the event was a success with representatives of the Sahebaan community from the UAE, GCC and India in attendance.

The activity begins with the recitation of verses from the Qur’an. Convenor of the SBPG, Althaf MS, welcomed the gathering and explained the purpose of this first initiative. The program then kicked off with a panel discussion moderated by EPC oil and gas professional Althaf MS. The panel consisted of Dr. Abdul Rahiman Beig, Professor, Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi; Mrs. Ambreen Sheik, a businesswoman and Honorary President of Indian Women’s Association, Abu Dhabi; Mr. Mumtaz Hussain, a well-known businessman from Qatar; Dr. Waleed Ahmed , Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK) and renowned consultant, and Mr Syed Siraj Ahmed, former banker and risk management consultant.

During the event, Mr. Imran Hidayath, CEO of Dubai Hidayath Group, talked about his entrepreneurial success. Mr Suhail Kudroli, Chartered Accountant, urges all to attend such gatherings. Speaking on the sidelines of the meeting, Mr. Afroz Assadi and Mr. Siraj Ahmed, Convenors of the UAE Sahebaan, applauded the initiative and urged all to support it.

This was followed by Mohd Salman presenting his startup “The Stepup Ventures”, followed by Ms Sahebaan, Sahara Asif presenting “Life Skills Education” and Waseem Shaikh and Thanziya Khan presenting “Tru Choco & Nuts”.

The highlight of the event was the Rapid Exchange, which demonstrated the active participation of the delegates and the one-on-one interaction with each delegate.

The project is managed by Althaf MS, Mohd. Samiulla, Mohd Sufiyan and Faizan Khateeb Sufiyan.
