Sam was abroad to celebrate her mum Suzie Wells’ 53rd birthday and was joined by her sister Billie Shepherd’s family.
Sam sat on a beach swing by the water, on the lap of her partner, who was almost nine years old.
The real estate developer, in baby blue swimming trunks, was all smiles as they kissed.
The mother-of-three showed off her figure in a monochromatic zebra-print swimsuit, which featured a one-shoulder silhouette.
Her light brown hair was soaked in the water and fell down to her shoulders as she pushed them away from her face.
The beauty shielded herself from the sun with a pair of gold-tone metallic sunglasses and looked all natural for the selfie.
When Paul was on set to take pictures of Sam alone, she rocked back and forth on a swing with her legs held high and her head thrown back.
The couple, who live with Paul Jr, 7, Rosie, 5, and Edward, 9 months, are enjoying traveling with the children.
Sam seemed happy, sharing snaps of Rosie giggling as she walked down the sink – while brother Edward kicked back in the hammock.
Staying at the five-star Mandarin Oriental, Emirates Palace, the family has been sharing insights from the trip on social media.
Sam was pictured on the beach with her sister Billie and mum Suzie earlier this week.
Dressed in red bathing suits, the two sisters had their arms around their mother, who looked incredible in a plunging bikini top and wrap dress.
Celebrating her 53rd birthday, Suzie’s daughters, Billie and Sam, wished her a happy birthday.
In a joint post they wrote: “Happy birthday to our beautiful mum @suziewells. We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate you on this special day. Not only are you the most supportive, kindest, most Fun, most selfless mom, and most importantly, you are the best nanny our babies could ever need, they adore you ❤️.

“I’m in the spare room with Edward, I put him in the crib recently but he’s still in the room and it’s just me.”
She went on to tell hosts Josh Widdicomb and Rob Beckett that her eldest child slept with partner Paul in the master bedroom, a routine the family “never got out of”.

Asked how the couple managed to have two more children without sleeping together, Sam cheekily admitted they still have some newbies, saying: “I guess you have to get creative.”
