A major highlight of the plaza is the Samsung Lounge, a dedicated space that offers customers the opportunity to explore, experience and purchase Samsung’s flagship devices across various product categories, including mobile phones, TVs and Soundbars. In addition to repairs and updates, customers also benefit from sales and service synergies at the Plaza.

In addition, customers can also purchase S-Care Extended Warranty directly from Service Square, which provides up to 2 years of additional coverage on top of the standard warranty period. This ensures enhanced protection for its Samsung devices.

It also features a dedicated soundbar experience zone where customers can connect their mobile devices via the SmartThings app and immerse themselves in the latest soundbar technology. For added convenience, the newest service centers offer on-site service options, allowing customers to service their equipment without leaving the comfort of their home. — trade arab news agency
