His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated the high school winners and their families through a letter to them.

Sheikh Mohammed wished them a bright future.

In his letter, Sheikh Mohamed said: “It is my pleasure to congratulate you and your family on your excellent academic year 2022-2023 and being the top achieving student in UAE High School. We believe in your ability and enthusiasm to drive you and The future of your country. I am so proud of you and your hard work. Today’s achievement is the beginning of greater achievements, God bless. We wish you the brightest future and knowledge without borders.”

Earlier, Sheikh Mohamed called Yasmine Mahmoud Abdullah Mohammad Ali, the first in the elite division of Rashidiya High School in Dubai, to congratulate her.

“I spoke to Yasmin Mahmoud Abdullah and congratulated her for being first in the elite class of her high school. We congratulate all the graduates and their parents. We congratulate the new batch of sons and daughters of the nation who have graduated .We pray for Allah to grant success to all and protect our sons and daughters and protect their homeland,” Sheikh Mohammed tweeted.

Emirati student Yasmine took first place in all academic levels. She speaks Arabic, English and German.

She wants to major in electrical engineering, having previously taken a dual credit program at Khalifa University and the University of Sharjah.

She was also nominated for the Founders Leadership Award and was recognized at the closing ceremony.
