The waterfront park, officially known as “Ms. Khalidiyah Park”, has undergone tremendous changes under the guidance of the main developer Imkan.
Now we have received news that its official grand opening will be held during the National Day long weekend from December 2 to December 3, 2021.

Located in the heart of the city, it will now be called “Sheikha Fatima Park”, covering an area of 46,000 square meters. Along with the popular urban green space, it will include a series of exciting sports activities, retail venues, event spaces, outdoor cinemas, Artistic maze, thrilling dining experience and more.
Now the first phase of the restaurant has opened a series of incredible delicacies for gourmets in the capital.
Park life
Sheikha Fatima Park is divided into three separate experience zones-exploration zone, adventure zone and experience zone.
The opening celebration will be held on Thursday, November 2 and Friday, November 3 from 2pm to 9pm. To participate, you need to obtain Alhosn’s green pass and get a negative PCR test result within 96 hours. You can register for the event on the website.

The central area is equipped with a fully equipped skate park, pet park, splash pad area, toddler play area and indoor rock climbing spots for people to actively explore. You can also find plenty of shaded parking spaces here, as well as a multi-storey car park.

The upper left corner of the park serves as the green lung of the project, with a dedicated skating area. The central outdoor area provides opportunities for outdoor adventures for people of all ages.
