These certifications are based on Intertek Cristal’s standards of health and safety, hygiene, water safety and food safety requirements.
The Sheraton Abu Dhabi Resort is listed as a historic building in Abu Dhabi while providing a modern luxury experience, partnered with Intertek Cristal to establish a proactive risk management system to ensure the safety and well-being of guests, visitors and staff, using Intertek Cristal designed for Five risk management modules designed for the industry.
Intertek certified the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel and Resort’s RoomCheck, AquaCheck, PoolCheck, FoodCheck and FireCheck following a six-month independent audit to verify validity and compliance with these standards.
Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotels and Resorts’ accreditation program helps management identify health and safety-related risks and assists them in effectively planning, prioritizing and managing the hotel’s procedures throughout its operations. From housekeeping to food hygiene, water, pool and fire safety systems, Intertek works closely with the management team to implement best practice across all these functions.
