(Menaffin– Middle East.Info)Abu Dhabi: To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Astrolab Career Fair, the Sorbonne University Career Centre Abu Dhabi hosted its second flagship internship and employment event this year. The University hosts its largest career fair ever, attracting more than 70 organisations from all walks of life, from major consultancies to cutting-edge technology companies, from local authorities to top branded retailers.
The event was attended by over 500 students and alumni who had the opportunity to explore different opportunities with participating organisations, Pissettaz Management Consultancy, IMKAN Properties LLC and Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi were esteemed corporate sponsors of this horoscope job fair one.
Employers who attend the job fair are able to share their employment and internship opportunities, information about their brand and identify qualified applicants with Abu Dhabi Sorbonne University students and alumni. While attracting Sorbonne Abu Dhabi students and graduates of various majors interested in part-time and full-time opportunities and internships, Astrolabe is also the perfect networking event for Sorbonne Abu Dhabi students and alumni.
Commenting on the event, Sylvie Foss, Head of Career Centre at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, said: “We are delighted to see the astrolabe career fair have been so successful and developed throughout the year, and to see more Quality, this year’s Horoscope Career Fair at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi successfully attracted over 70 organisations from the government and private sector, all keen to provide internships and employment opportunities to the university’s student and graduate talent pool.”
The next Horoscope Career Fair is expected to take place in November 2023, and as part of the Horoscope series, the university plans to host a series of workshops, presentations and quick networking sessions early next year.
