ABU DHABI – The Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi held an open house today, attracting more than 100 people0 Visitors explored the University’s more than 30 undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the humanities, sciences, languages, social sciences, law, economics and management, and learned more about university degrees awarded by France and accredited by the Academic Accreditation Council of the UAE and Globally recognized.
During the Open House, attendees have the opportunity to tour the state-of-the-art 93,000-square-meter campus and facilities, and learn about various scholarship opportunities. Additionally, the event welcomes participants from various schools, counselors, parents and professionals.
Dr Laurence Renault, Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, commented on the success of the Open Day: “We are delighted to have hosted so many visitors to our campus. The Open Day is a great opportunity for the community to explore our University and discover what makes Abu Dhabi Sorbonne unique A fantastic opportunity in a place of excellence. The event includes visits to the library, Scai lab, career center, gymnasium, on-site residence halls, dining hall, theater, classrooms, student club area and more. In addition, motivational sessions, French-language workshops, science and artificial intelligence workshops, and information sessions are held to provide more information on the French-language system, the admissions process, and other admissions criteria.
Students applying for bachelor and master degree programs before 22 February 2023 are eligible for a fee waiver of up to AED 3,000, giving them an extra incentive to apply.
