Oswego County – The Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County will host Sparks – Owls, a two-session after-school science 4-H club, October 21-28 at 6:30 p.m. . Participants will learn more about owls by examining their skulls, feathers and other unique features that make these birds fascinating. They will also dissect owl pellets and make owls from recycled or repurposed materials.
Sparks – Owls is available to Oswego County teens ages 5-18 for $14 per teen. Parents or legal guardians must attend the first meeting on October 21 to complete additional registration paperwork.
