supercharged entertainment edison will celebrate the grand opening of its second U.S. location on Thursday.
The world’s largest indoor multi-story go-kart track and state-of-the-art entertainment venue is about to open and will host state and civic leaders at a media and ribbon cutting event on Edison 987 US 1, right next door to TopGolf.
Supercharged Entertainment Edison, the company’s second and largest U.S. location after its flagship, opened to an enthusiastic crowd in June 2019 in Wrentham, Massachusetts, just south of Gillette Stadium few minutes away.
Supercharged Entertainment Edison features 131,000 square feet of world-class go-karts and entertainment. The sprawling 16-acre complex features:
- The world’s largest indoor, multi-story, temperature-controlled karting track, two uniquely designed tracks can be combined into an 80,000-square-foot super track;
- 19 luxury axe throwing fairways with spacious private lounge seating, food and bar service, and interactive projection targets and competitive games for everyone to enjoy, no skill or experience required;
- A huge two-story playground and games area with nearly 160 games, including several thrilling virtual reality experiences such as Big Ride and Kong Skull Island, is great fun for kids of all ages. Plus, there’s a spacious prize center to ensure everyone wins;
- The Drop & Twist Tower is an exhilarating and exciting two-story attraction that spins, descends, and rides through all floors of the facility while riders take in all the wonder that Supercharged Entertainment Edison has to offer;
- The Bionic Bumper Cars Arena offers the best and most spacious indoor bumper car experience, perfect for individuals, families, friends, colleagues or any group looking for exciting bumper car fun;
- Burgers & Brews, a full-service restaurant, serves amazing burgers, fresh-cut fries, and crazy shake cups. For guests over the age of 21, Supercharged Edison offers two full-service bars offering over 30 tap beers, world-class cocktails and specialty bar drinks, all set in a sports bar with TVs and big screens ;
- Versatile and spacious group and event areas for all occasions and sizes, with catering available.
The choice to open a location in Edison was the inspiration for Stephen and Sandra Sangermano, who serve as the company’s President and CEO, respectively. As Edison’s grand opening looms, the celebration finally brings to life the Sangermanos’ three-year vision and journey; to bring the world’s most spectacular, thrilling and fun karting and entertainment destination to New Jersey and the entire tri-state area.
