After the settlement, Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin are raising their dog.
Earlier this year, it was reported that they had fought over Sylvester’s beloved Rottweiler Dwight, but they reconciled a month later in September and ended this month in Palm Beach County, Florida. Filed a voluntary notice to dismiss the divorce proceedings.
TMZ reports that “Not only does Dwight live in Hidden Hills with his family, but Jennifer really likes dogs right now.”
It was previously reported that Jennifer, 54, did not want the dog, but Sylvester, 76, went ahead and grabbed him.
He then covered up Jennifer’s tattoo on his arm with dog ink, leading to a clash between the two.
Meanwhile, the couple are now reportedly “together and very happy” after being recently seen wearing their wedding rings arm in arm.
Page Six reported that they decided to reunite after “meeting at home” so they could work out their differences.
“They decided to meet at home, where they talked and were able to resolve their differences. They were both very happy,” Sylvester’s representative said in a statement at the time.
Days before the announcement, a court filing in a Palm Beach, Fla., court showed the couple had agreed to “resolve all matters related to the dignified, amicable and private dissolution of their marriage out of court.”
When Jennifer filed for divorce with Sylvester on Aug. 19, she said he was “involved in the willful dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital assets, which had an adverse economic impact on the marital property” – Searle West has denied the allegation.
The couple married in May 1995 and have daughters Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.
Sylvester has a 43-year-old son with his ex, Sasha Czack, 72, whom he married in 1974 and divorced nine years later.
He also had a son with Sasha, named Saatchi, but he died of a heart attack in 2012 at the age of 36.
