Taylor Swift Didn’t Take Marty Healy To ‘Bounce Back’ After Joe Alwyn Split, But She Doesn’t Want To Cause More Controversy By Remaining In A Relationship With Him

However, fans and friends were relieved to learn she had parted ways with Healy, a move she took to avoid “controversy,” according to a PR expert.
Speaking of Mirror, Kieran Elsby said, “I think any celebrity relationship gets the media attention,” adding, “Based on Marty’s past comments, I think it’s just a matter of when they broke up.”
“Of course, Taylor can’t say much when she’s in a relationship, but parts of her fanbase are concerned,” Elsby continued. “Ultimately, Taylor Swift is a brand that has been carefully managed, and the breakup has kept her out of controversy.”
Healy’s controversial history includes his addiction to heroin and prescription drugs, as well as some of his statements that left many people unimpressed.
According to the publication, he even misbehaved with fans during the concert, including kissing fans and touching himself on stage.
The expert went on to add that Swift’s relationship with Healy wasn’t a “PR stunt,” while claiming that the singer started the relationship with the best interest.
“I don’t think the split is a PR stunt, but I think Taylor’s PR team will be relieved that Taylor is relatively untouched by the split and they will be ready to move on,” he said.
“I don’t think Marty is just a rebound, I’m sure the relationship started with the best of intentions, but I do wonder how long it takes anyone to actually move on from a serious six-year relationship.
“In this situation, it would be very sad for anyone, even more so in the global spotlight.”
