The focus of the initiative is to create an enabling environment for young professional teams to strengthen their participation in the formulation of policies, legislation and initiatives, and to design innovative solutions to ensure that the UAE becomes the most fully prepared country in the world for the future.
Participants selected for the program have extensive experience in various fields, including Amna Bin Thanaya in development management and architecture; Khaled Al Mubarak strategy and entrepreneurship; Fatima Galadari investment bank; Alia Al Mansoori in science and space; and software architecture Rashid Al Suwaidi.
