According to a TikTok representative, for a limited time, creators will receive 100% of their series’ revenue (net of platform and processing fees); it’s unclear what the revenue split might be in the long run.

Other TikTok initiatives aimed at compensating creators include the Creator Fund, which pays creators of “innovative content” on the platform; the TikTok Creator Marketplace for brands and creators to collaborate; and the recently announced Creative Initiative beta , currently an invite-only program that pays creators of “high-quality, original content” a share of ad revenue over 1 minute.
