“This court should quash its judgment on Ms. Hurd’s counterclaim with respect to Waldman’s statement of April 27, but affirm the judgment in Mr. Depp’s favour.”
Hurd is also appealing the verdict, having previously failed to declare a failed trial on jury fraud charges.
