Lindsay Lohan feels it’s ‘time’ to go back to Hollywood.

The 36-year-old actress starred in Netflix’s “Die for Christmas” — her first major film role in nearly a decade — and Lindsay is happy to be working in Hollywood again.

She said: “I just thought it was about time, it was just a matter of time before I found the right script, I found Die for Christmas. It worked really well.”

Lindsay established herself as a heroine in her teens, but has since struggled with various personal issues.

Although Lindsay was nervous on the set of Die for Christmas, she also enjoyed the experience.

“I’m really grateful, I’m really lucky. It’s all been fun,” she told Yahoo Entertainment.

Lindsay has previously revealed that in “constantly serving a large number of [her] childhood”.

The actress explains the importance of finding a healthy balance between work life and professional life.

She said: “You can take a break, but you just need to know when it’s right. Because it’s also good to keep the rhythm.

“When you’re on set, you become a family, and then when the project is over, it stops. So it’s like a culture shock — you don’t know what to do with yourself. It’s good to keep your mind active.”

Lindsay also revealed that she jumped at the chance to star in Die for Christmas.

The actress shared: “In this movie, I especially wanted to do more physical comedy because I missed it. I was like, ‘We’re here, why not? I’m willing to do it.’ I think The bigger you are in this situation, the better. You can’t be afraid of it.
