Business solutions provider Transguard Group has invested AED13 million (US$3.54 million) in environmental initiatives, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 1,946 metric tons from 2020 to 2021.
In its 2022 Sustainability Report, the company said a solar panel project has been implemented at a Transguard residence that feeds electricity back into the Dewa grid nine months a year.
The company has generated 729,005 kWh of clean energy through the Shams Dubai Initiative and, in partnership with the Emirates Environment Group (EEG), has delivered over 111kg of plastic as part of the Let’s Reduce and Recycle campaign.

Beginning January 2022, Transguard will provide free hygiene products to all female employees on site and distribute more than 5,000 welcome kits to new hires on site, including toiletries and other essentials.
From April 2021 to October 2022, the company organized 4,493 entertainment events for its field and headquarters employees. It launched transguardgroup.com/internalvacancies, a page dedicated to internal promotions.
