In a new report issued by the National Center of Meteorology (NCM Sunday), the country will be affected by a surface low pressure system extending from the southwest from January 23 to January 27, accompanied by a westerly airflow from the north , there is a cold and humid air mass at high altitude.
According to the NCM, Monday’s weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy, with a chance of rain at times, and Tuesday’s trough will gradually deepen aloft, with cloud cover increasing and interspersed with some rain-related convective clouds of varying intensities over scattered parts of the country by session.
“Moderate southeasterly and northeasterly winds will be present at times and will be freshened with convective clouds causing dust kicks and horizontal visibility may be reduced,” the NCM report said.
Seas in the Arabian Gulf and Sea of ​​Oman can be rough at times due to convective clouds.
