In a promotional video posted on its social media account, the public prosecution agency called on the public to abide by relevant laws and not to use or handle fireworks without a license to protect the safety of the public and avoid legal prosecution.

The prosecution explained that Article 1 of the Federal Decree defines an explosive as a compound or a mixture of different compounds that react with each other when exposed to certain factors, such as forces that generate pressure, heat and velocity. Can affect or damage surrounding areas, including fireworks.

Section 3 of the Decree Act states that the possession, acquisition, acquisition, carrying, import, export, re-export, transit, trans-shipment, trade, manufacture, repair, transport or disposal of any weapon, ammunition, explosives, military material except in accordance with the Relevant permits or permits must be obtained from licensing authorities or relevant entities, otherwise no or hazardous substances may be used in any way.

These posts are part of the prosecution’s ongoing efforts to promote legal culture among community members and increase their awareness of the country’s latest legislation.
