UAE: Man falls to death in mountain after losing control of vehicle – News

A police patrol and State Ambulance were rushed to the scene of the accident before the body of the deceased was taken to hospital

A 22-year-old Gulf man died after colliding with a mountain in Ras Al Khaimah.

According to Major Ali Al-Rahbi, acting head of the Al-Rams Integrated Police Station, a report of a collision in the mountains was received at 11:24 am. The incident involved a vehicle driven by a young man, which was driving on top of a hill.

The driver lost control of the steering wheel, causing the vehicle to swerve and collide with the hill, killing him, reports said.

Rahbi added that after receiving the call, patrolling police and state ambulances rushed to the scene and transferred the body of the deceased to the hospital, where it will be handed over to relatives for burial.
