Dubai, UAE: – Her Excellency Sarah bint Yousif Al Amiri, Minister of State for Public Education and Advanced Technology, recently visited the Bin Ghalib Group’s facilities and met executive-level stakeholders to discuss how the group is deploying advanced technology, automation, innovation and digitalization to enhance its operation.
Bin Ghalib is a leading name in the electrical engineering industry in the UAE, providing complete solutions in switchgear, engineering, trading and services. Since its inception, it has grown into a group of 16 independent companies.
Her Excellency was welcomed by Mohammed Binghalib, Chief Executive Officer, Bin Ghalib Group of Companies; Uzma Qureshi, Director Corporate Strategy, Bin Ghalib Group; and Omar Bin Ghalib, Chief Operating Officer, Bin Ghalib Group of Companies. The visit included a demonstration of its digital twin technology by Binghalib subsidiary VBG Intech, a manufacturer of control valves. She was then introduced to LV Switchgear to learn how artificial intelligence will play a role in the future of manufacturing and was able to discuss how digitization, automation and technology can solve other industry challenges.

About the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology
