UAE-Pakistan flights: Airlines to resume services from Dubai – News

Airblue, the largest airline in Pakistan’s private sector, will resume flights from Dubai to Karachi as demand for passengers surges as economic activity resumes and travel restrictions are eased, Khaleej Times has learned.

Airblue UAE Country Manager Sohail Sheikh said the airline’s inaugural flight will be from Dubai International Airport to Pakistan’s largest city and business centre on January 15, 2022.

“After a lapse of more than five years, we are resuming our flights to Karachi. We suspended our Dubai to Karachi operation in August 2016, but given the current passenger demand, we will operate daily from Dubai from January 15 Flight to Karachi,” Sheikh told Khaleej Times on Friday.

Airblue will operate 56 weekly flights from three cities in the UAE. It will operate 28 weekly flights from Dubai, 16 weekly flights from Sharjah and 12 weekly flights from Abu Dhabi.

“We are expanding our fleet and flights to make our customer experience more valuable,” Sheikh said.
