UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan had a telephone discussion with the Federal Chancellor of Austria, Karl Nehammer, on Monday.
They discussed bilateral relations and explored ways to enhance the strategic partnership between the UAE and Austria.
In addition, they addressed the recent regional developments and their serious consequences, highlighting the urgency of de-escalation and restraint to protect civilian lives.
Both leaders emphasized the vital role of swift and coordinated international action to support diplomatic initiatives aimed at preventing further conflicts that could threaten the region’s security and stability.
