Abu Dhabi [UAE]22 June (ANI/WAM): President of the UAE His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met on Thursday with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hussein Amir, who is on a working visit to the UAE – Abdullahian. During the meeting at the Shati Palace in Abu Dhabi, the Iranian Foreign Minister conveyed to His Highness the greetings of Ibrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, who expressed his hope for continued progress and prosperity in the UAE.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed conveyed his greetings to the Iranian Foreign Minister and wished Iran and its people further growth and development. His Highness and Amir Abdulahian also discussed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation.
The UAE President and Iranian Foreign Minister also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues and discussed the importance of benefiting the people of the region and promoting regional stability and prosperity based on positive developments.
