The UAE celebrates the Festival of Lights with fireworks, bazaars and special offers, and hosts a range of events to ensure an unforgettable experience for members of the community
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, wished everyone in the UAE and around the world peace, prosperity and happiness to celebrate the festival of Hanukkah, Diwali.
On Twitter, Sheikh Mohammed posted his wish in three languages: Arabic, Hindi and English.
Earlier today, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated all those celebrating Diwali “on behalf of the people of the UAE”.
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan also released his message in Hindi, “Wish the friendly people of India a very prosperous Diwali”.
The UAE celebrates the Festival of Lights with fireworks, bazaars and special offers. Yas Island, Abu Dhabi’s premier leisure and entertainment hub, will host a series of events through November 6, ensuring an unforgettable experience for community members. Dubai hosts live entertainment and competitions to win gold.
