According to industry experts, the increase in summer job opportunities can be attributed to a variety of factors. As the economy steadily recovers from the impact of the global pandemic, companies are aggressively expanding their workforces to meet rising demand.

Certain industries in the UAE, such as retail and hospitality, have in the past experienced hiring surges during the colder months to accommodate large numbers of tourists, many recruiters said. “However, post-Covid, hiring has become consistent throughout the year as the UAE now attracts tourists and business delegates to conferences and events throughout the year.
