In its monthly climate report released on Friday, the National Meteorological Center (NCM) stated that October is one of the second transition months between summer and winter. “This month, the relative humidity is usually higher in the early morning, gradually decreasing with the appearance of the sun, and then increasing again after sunset.”
According to forecasters, the average relative humidity will reach about 51%, and fog is more likely to form, especially during midnight and early morning.
