United Arab Emirates – The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) and Valeo Egypt have partnered to develop the industrial sector through a strategic agreement.
Through the partnership, Valeo will be able to design and manufacture components for electric and autonomous vehicles in Abu Dhabi, according to a press release.
In addition to promoting the development of the transportation industry, this initiative is expected to improve smart and sustainable mobility.
A further aim of the partnership is to foster the growth of the industrial solutions development community and collaborate with local start-up electric vehicle (EV) companies.
At the same time, Valeo will explore new areas of development by combining advanced technologies with the sustainable development vision of green cities.
A partnership between UAE and Egyptian entities will help create a technology hub for electric and autonomous vehicle components in Abu Dhabi.
