How did you start your entrepreneurship journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
I began my entrepreneurial journey in the used car trading business. This experience sparked my interest in starting my own business and eventually led to me becoming the CEO and Co-Founder of Phantom Rent A Car. My advice for beginners would be to have a clear vision for their business, be persistent, and always be willing to learn and adapt to changes in the market.
What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?
Adapting to change and being flexible is crucial for seamlessly continuing a business. Regularly evaluating and making necessary changes is essential for staying ahead.
We saw that you are active as a leader in multiple companies. What are your goals through your companies, and how do you plan to help individuals with them?
Through my company Phantom Rent A Car, my goal is to become the number one luxury and sports car rental company in the UAE and eventually expand globally. I envision providing exceptional services and experiences for our customers in the UAE and worldwide. To achieve this, I plan to constantly improve our offerings and customer service while exploring new opportunities for growth and expansion.

Absolutely. A motivated team can drive a business to new heights. I plan to motivate my team by recognizing and rewarding their efforts, providing growth opportunities, and fostering a positive work environment.

My leadership style is hands-on, empowering, and visionary. I believe in leading by example and empowering my team to take ownership of their work and make decisions.

Yes, I have faced several challenges during my career, but I overcame them by staying focused, being adaptable, and constantly learning and improving.
