Like all local businesses, Off Broadstreet has faced many challenges in its 34-year history of bringing joy to the community: recessions, fires, pandemics, weather shutdowns. With your help, we always recover. Every night, when the patrons left after the show, many would continue to say “Please don’t stop doing this. We need to!” So, we just kept going. until this year.
In the four months since we opened in 2023, we have served fewer than 1,000 customers. We wouldn’t be here long without your presence. Consider taking advantage of our next few offerings, and maybe even introducing some of your friends to the fun and magic beyond Broadstreet.
American Roots Edition II
Local hits BuckStar, led by frontman Jennifer Knapp and China Rose Kopp, present the second part of their five-part concert series focusing on iconic folk and country songs from the early 20th century. This one night only showing will be on Friday, June 9th from 8pm-10pm. Service fee is $20.
Directed by Off Broadstreet owners John Driscoll and Jan Kopp, this musical comedy follows a group of amateur performers as pre-show entertainment at various venues near the parking lot, where 1980s musical icons would later perform, such as U2, AirSupply, Foreigner, Annie Lennox and others.
Solid Gold Express runs from June 23rd to July 22nd.Friday and Saturday showings at 8:15pm and two Sunday showings on July 9th and July 16th at 2pm
