Wasl Hospitality and Leisure will add four new hotels to Dubai’s hospitality industry – Dubai Blog

The wasl hotel and leisure company, a subsidiary of the wasl asset management group, announced that the construction of four new hotel development projects to be launched in the Dubai hotel industry is about to be completed.

The construction of the Hyatt Center Hotel is in progress, with a completion rate of 98%. The development of the project covers an area of ​​4,122 square meters, close to La Mer Beach, overlooking the waterfront of the Arabian Gulf. The hotel has a configuration of 2 basements + ground + 6 floors + roof, which can accommodate 173 keys, including 125 king-size bed rooms, 26 VIP rooms, 18 twin rooms, 3 determined rooms, and 1 VIP Suite room.

Other hotel facilities include an all-day dining area, swimming pool, gym and treatment rooms. The hotel is expected to be operational in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Wasl Hospitality is also developing a new hotel in Al Sufooh, which will be operated by Marriott International, with 318 rooms and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022. The company recently completed the concrete structure of a new 30-story skyscraper, with more than 86% of the works.

In addition, wasl Hospitality has completed the Aloft Dubai Airport with 230 rooms and Element Dubai Airport with 89 furnished apartments; the two hotels are expected to be launched in the next few months.

Wasl Hotels and Leisure continues to cater to the Dubai hotel industry, with 6,885 hotel rooms, of which 5,301 rooms are distributed in 19 hotels and 1,584 hotel apartments are distributed in 9 hotels.
