Nyla XO x Flo Milli Collection
Before flying to Atlanta to meet rapper Flo Milli, Nyla XO expressed her concerns about performing as a solo artist, saying, “I’ve performed on a few stages, but it’s been playing keyboards or background vocals in the background, so I think as an artist there’s a different pressure and responsibility to what you’re trying to bring to people.”
But Flo Milli — who had studied her cadet’s video before the two met — assured Nyla that she had nothing to worry about.
“I can already say, you’re a goat,” she said. “You’re about to step on stage and do what you need to do.”
After taking a selfie with Nyla’s Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, Flo Milli also told Nyla to never let anyone make her feel small, no matter what stage of her career she’s at: “You’ll come across cities that don’t know who you are Yes. It’s all about not letting it get to you and keeping the energy you started with. Never let them see what you’re thinking. Don’t let anyone make you feel inferior.”
Congratulations again to Samsung NXT 2.0 winner Nyla XO who will be on the cover of the Samsung NXT 2.0 Digital Issue billboardmeetings with record labels, funding for music videos and tickets to the 2023 Billboard Music Awards.
Julian King x Mariah Angeliq
Julian King flies to Miami for one-on-one instruction with his mentor, reggae star Mariah Angeliq. But before meeting her, the Philadelphia-based artist reflects on his journey so far and the impact he’s had on others.
“I know that being myself has always inspired other people, especially in my community,” he said. “Now I carry it with pride.”
After shooting a short video with his Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, Julian met his mentor and the two hit it off, posing for a poolside selfie and talking openly about the upcoming finale.
Angeliq advises finalists to support themselves. “As long as you have the right energy around you, you’ll feel good all the time, and having that support is everything,” she says. “You need to be around people who make you believe in yourself.”
“Be yourself,” she told him. “The rest will fall into place.”
Golden Rose x BIBI

I just want to capture a group of people in the room and spend time with them, that’s really at the top of my mind things.”
Moments later, BIBI expressed similar feelings, telling Kyn that she always wanted fans to leave her still-humming show until the next morning: “I just go there and I want to entertain everyone. I want them Wake up happy tomorrow and go to work and say, ‘Oh yeah, I went to her concert. I went to the show, it was fun, I had a good time, I just want to hear it. That’s it my goal.”
BIBI also advised Kyn to go all out for the finale performance, saying, “If you don’t rock the stage now, you might never have another chance. I’ve always had that in my mind.”
