Queen Elizabeth II’s state funeral, held in London Westminster Abbey, 2,000 mourners attended, including many world leaders. With this, the iconic church has witnessed three major events in the life of Britain’s longest-reigning monarch – her marriage to Prince Philip, her coronation in 1952 and her funeral.

Before the ceremony, the tenor bell in Westminster Abbey struck 96 minutes a minute, marking the age at which Queen Elizabeth II died on September 8.

The Queen’s coffin will be buried at Windsor Castle, which is expected to be a private matter. On the late monarch’s final journey from Westminster Abbey to her resting place, King Charles III, his siblings and their family walked behind with somber looks.
